Return Policy for Merchandise:

If you need to return an item, please read the following:
·The product must be returned in reselable condition with all original packaging, accessories and accompanying literature.
·A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all returns. To request an RMA number, contact a Customer Service Representative .
·The RMA number must appear on the outside shipping label; otherwise, our shipping/receiving department will not recognize the package as a return and may refuse the package.
·All returns must be postmarked on or before 30 days from the invoice date. Returns postmarked after the evaluation period qualify for an exchange or store credit only. Our One Year Warranty backs all products, and our Lifetime Warranty backs all stun guns.
For your protection, we highly recommend shipping your return via UPS Ground or Federal Express since these services are easily trackable. If you use US Priority Mail, be sure to insure the package and request a Delivery Confirmation receipt. Inside the box, include a copy of your invoice or a separate sheet of paper detailing all of the following information:

Valid e-mail address
Brief reason for the return
