When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment destination. Our shipping charges are determined by the total dollar amount of your order, excluding applicable sales tax. If you entered a different shipping address than what is listed with your credit card company follow these directions:

It is common and understandable that you would want your purchase shipped to a different address.  We have no problem accommodating this request but we MUST have your help to ensure a seamless transaction.please help us prevent fraud by following these steps.

 

 

If you entered a different shipping address then the billing address associated with your credit card used for your purchase.

 

1 Make sure you leave a valid phone number where you can be reached

 

2 StarTech Outlet Inc. Rep.  will contact you to verify the alternate address and that it was you and no one else placed the order on your behalf .

 

3 We will fax or e-mail you a consent form that you consent to StarTech Outlet Inc. to ship your order to an alternate address ..please read it and sign it and either fax it or e-mail it back to StarTech Outlet Inc.  

 

4 Once we receive the alternate address consent form back your order will be processed and shipped immediately .
