To place an order with StarTechOutlet, all buyers represents that he/she is of legal age to
receive the product(s)/equipment ordered and that the product(s)/equipment will only be used
in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
and regulations.

International buyers are wholly responsible for any import licensing requirements, custom
duties, and import restrictions. It is the international buyers responsibility to ascertain
destination country laws, regulations, and customs prior to ordering

Buyer’s information provided to StarTech Outlet is strictly confidential and does not travel
to a third party.

Return Policy for Merchandise:
We take pride in the quality and value of everything that we offer. That is why we back
all general merchandise sales with our 30-day money back guarantee, excluding videos that
can be copied. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you may
return it at the buyer's expense for a refund or exchange.
We do not pay for return shipping fees.

If you need to return an item, please read the following:

·The product must be returned in reselable condition with all original packaging, accessories
and accompanying literature.

·A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for all returns.
To request an RMA number, contact a Customer Service Representative .

·The RMA number must appear on the outside shipping label; otherwise, our
shipping/receiving department will not recognize the package as a return and may refuse the package.

·All returns must be postmarked on or before 30 days from the invoice date.
Returns postmarked after the evaluation period qualify for an exchange or store credit only.
Our One Year Warranty backs all products, and our Lifetime Warranty backs all stun guns.

For your protection, we highly recommend shipping your return via UPS Ground or Federal
Express since these services are easily trackable. If you use US Priority Mail, be sure to
insure
the package and request a Delivery Confirmation receipt. Inside the box, include a copy of
your invoice or a separate sheet of paper detailing all of the following information:
Buyers name and address as it appears on the invoice
Daytime phone number including area code
Valid e-mail address
Brief reason for the return
State whether you want a refund or exchange
We DO NOT ship to P.O. box or any address that is not on file with your credit card company.

Return Policy for Hidden Cameras, Surveillance Equipment and Other Hi-Tech Products:

We at Startech Outlet strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible
prices. Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted unless the product is
found to be defective or unless otherwise explicitly stated on the specific Startech Outlet
product page.

All returns, refunds, or exchanges must obtain a return merchandise authorization number
(RMA) by StarTech Outlet before any products are returned.
WARRANTY: We guarantee all StarTech Outlet products to be free of defects.
All products are backed up with a 1 Year Warranty (unless manufacturer's warranty is longer) .
We will replace or repair the product(s) providing there is no evidence of customer misuse, or alteration.
